Pain breeds art, and though these two aren’t the angst fest I’ve come to be known for, they still have brought so much good into my life. Opportunities to dive deeper into who I am not only as a person, but as a writer. One chapter of my life has closed, but so many other doors have opened now.

Because even if change is hard, it’s almost always for the better. Yet in every way it’s changed, and no matter how quick and shocking it’s been, I’m also grateful. Since this book came out, my entire life has changed.
